1. Eligibility for Returns

3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Include your order ID, product details, and reason for return

Once approved, we will provide pickup instructions or return shipping details
Note: In some cases, you may be asked to self-ship the item to our return address.
4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video as proof. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or full refund.
6. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
